We work mainly on family houses. We take on each job separately too, but a coordinated renovation brings the most benefit.
Ceiling and loft insulation
Insulating the ceiling above the heated rooms – in houses with a hipped roof this is often the best-value measure.
Window and door replacement
Windows and doors made to surveyed measurements, including installation and making good the surrounding surfaces.
Heating upgrade
A modern heat source (for example a heat pump) and a matching heating system, sized to the actual needs of the house.

Why us
One responsible party, one plan, one handover
You do not have to coordinate the insulation team, the window fitter and the heating engineer yourself. We organise the work, inspect it and take responsibility for it.

On-site survey
We visit and survey the building: walls, ceiling, windows and doors, heating – with measurements and photos.
Quote
You receive an itemised quote based on the survey, with the recommended order and schedule.
Contract
One contract for the entire job, with payment in instalments linked to the progress of the work.
Construction
Vetted tradespeople carry out the work; we coordinate and keep in touch with you.
Inspected handover
Inspection before handover, remedying of defects, then a signed handover report.
Grants
Notify me when the grant programme restarts
The residential energy renovation grant is currently paused. When it restarts, we will let you know – once, not as a newsletter.
When it restarts, if you renovate with us, we will put together the application documents for you. Eligibility is decided by the programme issuer, so we do not promise any grant.
Signing up commits you to nothing, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time. We can plan your renovation without a grant too.

How much does the on-site survey cost?
You will find information on the survey fee on the Services page. We agree the exact amount on the phone before we visit.
How accurate is the calculator?
The calculator uses an estimate based on average houses. In reality, the wall structure, the ceiling, the number of windows and the condition of the heating system can differ considerably, so the result only gives you a ballpark figure. We give a quote after the survey.
Can I get a grant for the renovation?
The residential energy renovation grant programme is currently paused. When it restarts, we will let subscribers know, and if you renovate with us, we will put together the application documents. Eligibility is decided by the programme issuer, not by us. Notify me
Do you also take on a single job, for example just replacing windows?
Yes. During the survey, however, we also look at the house as a whole and let you know if another measure would give you proportionally more benefit.
Who carries out the work?
The specialist work is carried out by tradespeople we have selected and vetted. Your contract is with us, and we are responsible for the work and its coordination.
What happens to my data if I request a quote?
We use it only to contact you and to prepare a quote. Details are in the privacy notice.
